Building Inspections

Municode Services of Warman, SK provide the Town of Langham with all of our building inspection services.

Remember! All building permits issued by the Town of Langham require an inspection before project completion or before expiration of the permit - whichever date comes sooner. To request an inspection, please contact Municode Services directly at (306) 955-6355.

Inspections are done to ensure the Town has done their best to protect our residents from possible unsatisfactory or unsafe construction standards.

Note! Building inspections are conducted by Municode to ensure that building activities in our town are built to the standards established in the National Building Code of Canada. It is not within the scope of Municode or the Town of Langham to manage quality assurance or compliance with design work. Should you have a concern about a contractor working in the Town of Langham we encourage you to contact the Saskatchewan Better Business Bureau (BBB) to formally report your concerns.
