- Langham Good Food Box Program
The Good Food Box is an alternative food distribution system that provides a variety of top-quality, fresh and nutritious foods at an affordable price. This program enables families to access nutritious, fresh food that looks, smells and tastes delicious. The box contains recipes and information about the food and the food system. Every two weeks you may order a vegetable box or fruit bag (according to how many fruits/vegetables you would use) through the Langham Coordinator. Your order is taken 10 days before delivery of boxes. On the delivery date the Coordinator drives to Saskatoon to pick up the boxes and orders are picked up in Langham on that same day. Vegetable/Fruit boxes/bags cost from $8-$30 depending on the amount of fruit/vegetables in the box/bag. For more information contact the Coordinator Vivian Sheppard at (306) 283-4217 or check out the Langham Good Food Box Facebook Page.
