Mayor

John Hildebrand

John grew up on a grain farm near Rabbit Lake, SK. He attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained a BSc in Agribusiness. John has 7 years of experience working in the agriculture industry and is currently the Bulk Seed Merchant with Federated Co-operatives Limited in Saskatoon. John along with his wife Arleen and two young boys have enjoyed living in Langham since 2014. John was elected to town Council in 2015 serving one year, before taking his current position as Mayor.

Addison Wood

Parks & Recreation, Tourism, Public Health

Addison was born and raised in southwestern Manitoba before moving to Saskatchewan. He and his wife bought their first home in Langham, where they are now raising their young daughter. He has worked as a Product Support Representative for Redhead Equipment for nearly six years. Addison is newly elected to town council and is looking forward to helping improve Langham for all residents.

 

Brendan Proctor

Lagoon, Sewer & Water

Although born and raised in Saskatoon, Brendan, spent most of his summers in the Langham area working at the family bee farm. His family has been beekeeping in the Langham area since the late 70's. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Education, he moved to Langham in 1998, teaching at Walter W Brown School ever since. Married with five children, he and his family are living in Langham and are active in the community. Brendan has been on council for 4 years and his passion of the community.

 

Dione Wall

Bylaw & Police

In her personal life, she is a Mom and wife, residing in Langham since 2005. She is big on family and her choice to live in Langham was based solely on the decision of finding the best community possible to raise her son. Which she found here. In her professional life, she is a Business Communications Expert for SaskTel Business Sales.

She has always been passionate about finding the most efficient way to complete a job properly. She has created many new processes within her workplace which has removed extra steps, improve communication, streamline documentation and reduce wasted time. She believes she can take these core concepts and apply them to her role on council, which in turn, can keep your hard earned dollars in your own pocket.

She is also the new President of the SaskTel Pioneers, a volunteer organization dedicated to making our communities a better places to live. She is the head of several initiatives, including the POWER Packs (providing school supplies to inner city school kids) and the Wish Angels (making sure those who are alone at Christmas have a gift to open) and many others.

She is grateful to the residents of Langham who voted for her and consider this role to be a privilege which she takes very seriously. Dione is here to protect the best interests of the majority, to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves and to help build a vibrant community that we can all be proud of.

 

Eric Dolan

Economic Development

Eric and his wife Christina were both raised in the small towns of Perdue and Asquith. They moved to Langham in 2010 along with their 2 young sons. It was important to them to raise their children in a small town similar to the ones they were raised in. Eric has worked at CNH Saskatoon since 1994. He has been very active in the community since moving to Langham. Eric has held positions with Langham Minor Sports, the Slopitch committee, and the North Corman District Appeals board representing Langham. He has spent countless hours volunteering as a coach in his community. He looks forward to helping shape Langham and move into the future as a councillor for the Town of Langham. 

Jim Soper

Public Works, Building & Infrastructure

Newly appointed councilor, Jim Soper, and his family moved to Langham three years ago. They immediately fell in love with the Town and its people, realizing right away that the town’s strength is in its people. After being appointed to Town Council, this is something that he wants to continue is utilizing our people and build a better community from within. Jim see’s great things for our town and is excited to be part of it. What Jim enjoys so far about his new role, is meeting and talking with the citizens of Langham. Everyone he has talked and listened to has great ideas regarding how they see Langham’s future. He truly believes, we have amazing people living here in Langham.

 

Tammy Beriault

Fire & Emergency Measures

Originally from Ontario, Tammy and her family moved to Langham in August 2012. She and her husband as well as their two children jumped right into the community. Passionate about the community, Tammy sits on the Library Board, Fowl Supper Committee, is a museum member and active church member. Newly elected to council, Tammy is excited to learn more about the community and is ready to take on her new role.
