This section is to provide current and potential residents with information about our green space and parks in the Town of Langham. Vikings Victory Park

Constructed in 2013, Viking Victory Park is our newest park. The park consists of a toddler-friendly playground, swing set, picnic table and benches. Vikings Victory Park is located at the south end of 4th Avenue behind Walter W Brown High School.

Langham Community Park

Originally “Lion’s Park”, this open space at the entrance to Langham off Highway 16, between Park Avenue and Second Avenue, is currently in the development stages. Phase 1 includes the construction of a gazebo, walking paths and parking spaces. Phase 2 is currently being scoped. Langham Sports Grounds (Park Avenue North)

The Sports Grounds are located across the railroad tracks toward the river and consist of the following:

  • 3 Ball Fields
  • 1 large soccer pitch
  • Horse arena
  • Concession
  • Beer Gardens (building and outdoor fenced area)

4th Street Soccer Park

The 4th Street Soccer Pitch consists of one full sized pitch and two mini-pitches. The Town of Langham recognizes the Canada Celebrates Saskatchewan Initiative of the Western Diversification Program Grant for $50,000 for the development of the 4th Street Soccer Park.
