Fillable – Affinity Community Hall Rental Agreement
All bookings of the hall will be charged a damage deposit due and payable at least three months before using the hall.
The deposit is to be $500.00 per function.
A $100.00 cheque for cleaning and a $400.00 cheque for damages
need to be post-dated for the day of the event.
The deposit will be fully refunded if the renter cancels up to and including three months prior to the booking.
A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is received by the Town less than three months and more than one month before the proposed date.
Cancellations received less than one month before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
Half Day Rentals (6 hours or less)
Main Hall (no Kitchen) | $160.00 + GST ($168.00)
Kitchen Only | $155.00 + GST ($162.75)
Main Hall (including Kitchen) | $220.00 + GST ($231.00)
