Office “A”
1 month | $150.00

Office A will be charged a damage deposit due and payable on the first of the month. The deposit is to be $150.00.
All users must pay the damage deposit of $150 before The Multi-Purpose Facility key is given to the user.
The key must be picked up at the Town Office during regular office hours.
** The Town of Langham reserves the right to enter into term contracts with renters at separate rates at council’s discretion.
Pre-School
This area is primarily used for the purposes of the Lil’ Vikings Pre-School.
Therefore, this agreement must follow the Shared Space Agreement with the Pre-School and, no functions / meetings can be booked during the operating hours of the pre-school or during a pre-scheduled pre-school event.
Office “B”
Multi-Purpose Facility will be rented for $40 per day.
No hourly or partial rates are available and therefore Office “B” must be rented for the entire day.
Office B will be charged a damage deposit due and payable before using the facility. The deposit is to be $50.00.
Cancellations received less than one month before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
All users must pay the full rental fee before the Multi-Purpose facility key is given to the user.
A $50.00 fee will be charged if a renter neglects to book The Multi-Purpose Facility – Office B or to pick-up a key during regular office hours and causes a call-out of an employee to provide access to the office.
