Langham Plus 60 – May 14 – 17, 2024 Spring Tour

Langham and area residents, 55 years of age, and up, are invited to join the Plus 60 group on their spring tour. 

Missinipe, and Stanley Mission is our destination! 
What to Expect:

Day 1: Comfortable travel with coffee and lunch stops along the way. In LaRonge a visit to the Kissynew Canoe Company and learn how these cones are built
Arrive Missinipe and be assigned a cottage at Churchill River Canoe Outfitters.

Day 2: Tour of Stanley Mission and historical Holy Trinity Anglican Church, bead work demo in Grandmother’s Bay.

Day 3: Hiking tour and pontoon boat rides to exploring the Churchill River. Fishing enthusiasts may fish off the dock or rent a boat.
*Perk: Story telling by Ric Driediger and camp fire sing-a-longs on all three nights.

Day 4: Return to Langham.

Cost of the tour includes travel via Northern Bus Lines Coach, 3 nights lodging (bedding supplied), all tour costs, entertainment, and all meals (except first day, option to bring a bag lunch or purchase one)
$100 (non-refundable) to reserve your seat; plus
$300 due before April 15, 2024
